앱을 설치하지 않았거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우에도 이 페이지에서 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

앱에서 즉시 삭제

TubeCookbook에 로그인합니다.
우측 상단 프로필 메뉴에서 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
본인 확인 후 계정과 연관 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

이메일로 삭제 요청

Google 로그인에 사용한 이메일 주소에서 아래 주소로 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 통상 7일 이내 처리 결과를 회신합니다.

삭제·보관되는 정보

계정, 저장 레시피, 장보기 목록, 댓글 및 활동 기록은 삭제됩니다.
공유한 공개 레시피는 작성자 식별 정보를 제거한 뒤 커뮤니티 정보로 남을 수 있습니다.
결제 기록은 세금·환불·부정 사용 대응에 필요한 기간 동안 계정 식별 정보를 제거해 보관할 수 있습니다.
재가입 보너스 악용 방지를 위한 비공개 삭제 기록은 보안 목적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.

Delete your TubeCookbook account and data

You can request deletion here even if the app is no longer installed or you cannot sign in.

Delete immediately in the app

Sign in to TubeCookbook.
Open the profile menu and choose Delete account.
Confirm your identity. Your account and associated data will be deleted.

Request deletion by email

Send the request from the email address used for Google sign-in. We normally confirm completion within seven days after verifying ownership.

What is deleted or retained

Your account, saved recipes, shopping lists, comments and activity events are deleted.
Public recipes you shared may remain after contributor identifiers are removed.
Payment records may be retained without direct account identifiers for tax, refunds and fraud prevention.
A private deletion record may be retained to prevent abuse of new-account rewards.
