Directions

  1. Place organic lettuce into a bowl.
  2. Add organic kale to the bowl.
  3. Add organic spinach (radish) to the bowl.
  4. Pour Italian Vinaigrette dressing over the salad.
  5. Mix the salad with tongs.
  6. Add cucumber slices to the salad.
  7. Scoop yogurt into a yellow bowl.
  8. Add sugar to the yogurt.
  9. Mix the yogurt and sugar with a spoon.
  10. Open a can of pineapple rings.
  11. Cut the pineapple rings into small pieces on a cutting board.
  12. Add the cut pineapple pieces to the yogurt.
  13. Open a can of orange slices.
  14. Add the orange slices to the yogurt.
  15. Mix the fruit and yogurt.
  16. Serve the fruit yogurt into two blue bowls.
  17. Heat the pot containing pre-made miso soup on the stove.
  18. Open the rice cooker.
  19. Scoop rice into two bowls.
  20. Turn off the stove.
  21. Ladle miso soup (containing tofu and fried tofu) into two red bowls.
  22. Crack an egg into a bowl.
  23. Add soy sauce to the egg.
  24. Whisk the egg and soy sauce with chopsticks.
  25. Pour the whisked egg over a bowl of rice.
  26. Repeat for the second serving of egg over rice.
  27. Serve the salad onto plates.
  28. Serve the fruit yogurt to Mell-chan.
  29. Serve the miso soup to Mell-chan.
  30. Serve the egg over rice to Mell-chan.
  31. Serve the salad to yourself.
  32. Serve the miso soup to yourself.
  33. Serve the fruit yogurt to yourself.
