Directions

  1. Trim the root end of the celery.
  2. Using a peeler, remove the tough outer fibers from the celery.
  3. Cut the prepared celery into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Lightly season the cut celery with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle a splash of lemon juice over it.
  6. Drizzle 2 drizzles of olive oil over it.
  7. Generously sprinkle with furikake and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Toss all ingredients together until well combined, and it's done.

Tips

  • Removing the tough outer fibers of the celery with a peeler will make it much crispier.
