- Ground meat300g
- Minced onion70g
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Ginger paste1/2 tablespoon
- Soy sauce1 tablespoon
- Black peppera pinch
- Shrimp120g
- Cornstarch1 tablespoon

Directions
- Shred the cabbage and place it in a bowl.
- Add salt to the shredded cabbage and gently massage it a few times.
- Once the cabbage has softened, firmly squeeze out the water.
- Combine the ground meat, minced onion, minced garlic, ginger paste, soy sauce, black pepper, shrimp, and cornstarch in a bowl and gently mix.
- Form the mixed ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the squeezed cabbage on top of the formed meat mixture, then press and spread the cabbage onto the meat mixture to coat it evenly.
- Place in a steamer and steam for 10-12 minutes.
- Let it rest for about 3 minutes, then it's ready.
Tips
- The cabbage might taste even better than traditional dumpling wrappers.
- The combination of melt-in-your-mouth cabbage, tender meat, and plump shrimp is excellent.
