Directions

  1. Lay out a sheet of gim.
  2. Place a handful of cooked rice in the center of the gim.
  3. Spread the rice as thinly as possible.
  4. Place the pickled radish on top of the rice.
  5. Place the cucumber next to the pickled radish.
  6. Place the burdock root next to the cucumber.
  7. Place the carrot next to the burdock root.
  8. Place the ham next to the carrot.
  9. Place the imitation crab meat next to the ham.
  10. Place the egg omelet strips next to the imitation crab meat.
  11. Add additional burdock root.
  12. Add additional carrot.
  13. Add additional pickled radish.
  14. Hold the gimbap ingredients together and begin rolling the gimbap.
  15. Continue pressing with your hands to roll it tightly.
  16. Slice the finished gimbap.

Tips

  • Spread the rice quickly to roll the gimbap faster.
  • When rolling the gimbap, pull it as tightly as possible to ensure a firm roll.
