Directions
- Prepare 2 slices of bread.
- Thinly slice 1 tomato.
- Using a paper towel, remove excess moisture from the sliced tomato.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place 2 slices of bread side by side, then cut each slice in half to make a total of 4 pieces.
- Spread a suitable amount of ketchup evenly over the bread.
- Drizzle mayonnaise around the edges of the bread.
- Generously top the bread with mozzarella cheese.
- Place the patted-dry tomato slices over the cheese.
- Add a suitable amount of black olives.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. (If using an air fryer, bake at 180°C for 7-10 minutes).
- Once removed from the oven, cut the pizza into bite-sized pieces with a knife.
- Sprinkle with Grana Padano cheese.
- Finish by sprinkling with parsley.
Tips
- Removing moisture from the tomatoes prevents the pizza from becoming soggy.
- Drizzling mayonnaise around the edges can create a crispy texture, similar to pizza dough.
- Bake until the cheese is completely melted.
