Directions

  1. Prepare a charcoal grill and light the charcoal until red hot.
  2. Place pork ribs in a grill basket.
  3. Grill the pork ribs over the hot charcoal, flipping occasionally, until cooked through and nicely charred.
  4. Remove the grilled pork ribs from the grill.
  5. Cut the grilled pork ribs into smaller, individual pieces using a knife and tongs.
  6. Place purple sweet potatoes in a grill basket or directly into the hot charcoal.
  7. Grill the sweet potatoes, turning occasionally, until soft inside.
  8. Remove the grilled sweet potatoes from the grill.
  9. Cut the grilled sweet potatoes open to check for doneness and serve.
