Directions

  1. In a pan with olive oil, add half a stalk of chopped green onion, five cloves of sliced garlic, half an onion (julienned), and red pepper, then stir-fry.
  2. Once the green onion oil is fragrant, add shrimp and chicken breast and stir-fry together.
  3. Mix one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of low-sugar oyster sauce, one tablespoon of mirin, one tablespoon of tuna extract sauce (chamchi-aek), one tablespoon of toasted sesame oil, one tablespoon of allulose, one tablespoon of Sriracha, and half a tablespoon of doubanjiang to make the sauce.
  4. To the stir-fried ingredients, add tofu noodles, the prepared sauce, one egg, and a handful of bean sprouts, then stir-fry.
  5. Transfer the finished Pad Thai to a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.

Tips

  • If you don't have doubanjiang, you can omit it.
  • Using an automatic stir-fry machine makes it easier and prevents oil splatters, making it convenient.
