- Oyster sauce1 tablespoon

- Prepared shrimp10-12 shrimp
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Sake2 tablespoons
- Udon noodles2 packs

Directions
- Julienne the cabbage.
- Julienne half a medium onion.
- Finely chop a medium green onion.
- Combine 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, and 0.5 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well to make the sauce.
- Add the udon noodles to boiling water and loosen them by shaking.
- Once the noodles are loosened, drain immediately and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil in a pan, then add the prepared shrimp, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons sake. Cook over low heat until done.
- Once the shrimp are fully cooked, remove them from the pan and set aside.
- Turn the heat back on, add 2 tablespoons cooking oil, then add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until softened.
- Add the cabbage and onion, and stir-fry until the vegetables begin to soften.
- Add the udon noodles and cooked shrimp, then pour the prepared sauce around the edges of the pan.
- Stir-fry until all ingredients are well combined.
- Add the crushed peanuts and mix.
- Serve the finished stir-fried udon on a plate, garnished with chives and crushed peanuts.
Tips
- Udon noodles are pre-cooked, so drain them immediately once they are loosened.
- All ingredients are already cooked, so simply stir-fry until they are well combined with the sauce.
