Directions

  1. Julienne 1 Korean zucchini.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add 300g of beef and stir-fry.
  4. Stir-fry until the moisture from the meat evaporates.
  5. Add the julienned Korean zucchini, then season with 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 tablespoon of Allulose, and a few dashes of black pepper.
  6. Stir-fry just until the Korean zucchini is slightly softened.
  7. Finally, add 1 pat of butter and the chopped green onion, and mix once.
  8. Serve generously over warm cooked rice and mix before eating.

Tips

  • Do not overcook the Korean zucchini; stir-fry it just until it's slightly softened to maintain a good texture.
