Directions

  1. Cut the cabbage into large pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the chopped cabbage.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
  4. Stir-fry until the cabbage is lightly browned.
  5. Add a splash of water, 1 tablespoon of tuna fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a knob of butter, and 2 hot peppers.
  6. Continue to stir-fry until the ingredients are cooked through and slightly softened.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
