Directions

  1. Shape the rice in a bowl, then invert it onto a plate.
  2. Sprinkle a little black pepper and dried herbs over the rice.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and stir with chopsticks to create a swirled omurice.
  5. Carefully place the finished omurice on top of the rice.
  6. Transfer the prepared curry sauce to a small pot and heat it.
  7. Generously pour the heated curry sauce around the omurice.
  8. Place the mini hamburger steaks on top of the curry sauce.
  9. Drizzle white sauce decoratively over the curry.
  10. Sprinkle dried herbs over the omurice once more.
  11. Top with chopped scallions as a garnish.
  12. Finish by sprinkling garlic flakes.
