  • Tonkatsu sauce1 tablespoon
  • Water2-3 tablespoons
  • Cooked ricefor serving

Directions

  1. Drizzle a little cooking oil into a pan.
  2. Place 400g of boneless chicken thighs into the pan.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, then grill until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
