Directions

  1. First, cut the green onion in half lengthwise, then slice it finely.
  2. Place 1 serving of cooked rice in a deep bowl.
  3. Crack 2 eggs over the rice.
  4. Mix the rice and eggs thoroughly.
  5. Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a hot pan.
  6. Add the sliced green onion and stir-fry.
  7. Once the green onion is fragrant, add the egg-mixed rice.
  8. Stir-fry gently over medium-high heat.
  9. Add 1 piece of butter and stir-fry.
  10. Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry vigorously.
  11. If desired, sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
  12. Continue to stir-fry until the egg fried rice is thoroughly heated and fluffy.
