If you have tuna and kimchi at home, this is a must-try tuna kimchi stir-fry recipe. Serve generously over rice with a fried egg, seaweed, and sesame seeds.

Directions
- Drain the oil from one can of tuna.
- Finely chop the white part of a green onion.
- Julienne 1/4 onion.
- Cut three tablespoons of kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, then add the green onion and one tablespoon of gochugaru.
- Stir-fry over low heat to prevent burning.
- Add the onion and stir-fry until it's about halfway cooked, then add the kimchi.
- Add one tablespoon of allulose and one tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Add the tuna and stir-fry.
- Add four tablespoons of water to make it moist.
- Turn off the heat, then add one tablespoon of toasted sesame oil.
- Serve generously over rice.
- Top with a fried egg, seaweed, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
